Shipping policy

At Kittie’s & Bean’s Sweet and Sassy Shops, we do our best to get your order to you quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship:

🚚 Carrier & Method

  • All domestic orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
  • Shipping options (such as First-Class, Priority Mail, or Priority Express) may be available at checkout, depending on your order size and destination.
  • International orders are shipped via DHL.  


📦 Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


🌎 Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship within the United States.
  • At this time, we are learning about international shipping, and can only offer shipping to select countries.


⏱️ Delivery Estimates

  • USPS First-Class: usually 3–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: usually 2–3 business days
  • USPS Priority Express: usually 1–2 business days
    (Please note: these are USPS estimates, and actual delivery times may vary.)
  • DHL - dependent on shipping destination


⚠️ Shipping Delays

  • Once your package leaves our shop, the carrier is responsible for delivery.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances outside our control — but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.


🛑 Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the package is handed over to the carrier.
  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please reach out to the carrier with your tracking number. We’re happy to assist if you need help starting a claim.
